The wife of every pastor is much more than just a pastor’s wife. In many cases, she is the rock that makes the ministry continue when things get tough. She smooths over many of her husband’s mistakes. She knows how to live on less than most of the members. She somehow maintains a home away from the church for the children. She knows the Bible and normally carries more than her share in the church. Perhaps the pastor’s wife deserves the title of “the most special person in all of God’s creation.” This page is dedicated to my own co-worker of 43 years as well as all of you who continue to faithfully serve in one of the most difficult works of all. Eternity holds your reward.
